- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival answering any initial inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments ensuring accuracy and availability.
- Provide information about spa services packages and promotions.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy seeking resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to foster loyalty.
- Manage the reception area ensuring it is clean organized and wellstocked.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments guest information and daily transactions.
- Assist with inventory management of spa products and supplies.
- Prepare treatment rooms for each guest ensuring they are clean stocked and welcoming.
- Assist therapists with guest checkin and checkout procedures as needed.
- Promote spa memberships packages and special offers.
- Provide information about spa events and promotions.
- Assist with the development of marketing materials as needed.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 1 Suite or similar software.
