QA Engineer

• Designing and writing test scenarios based on functional and technical specifications.
• Executing test scenarios to validate software functionality and performance.
• Performing manual testing on new and existing features to ensure quality and compliance.
• Identifying logging tracking and assisting in the resolution of software bugs to improve system stability.
• Developing and implementing automated tests using appropriate test automation tools.
• Running and maintaining automated regression test suites to ensure continuous software reliability.
• Providing functional support and guidance to other teams to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
• Applying and promoting testing best practices and tools to optimize testing processes.
• Ensuring proper documentation of test results reports and user guidance for seamless knowledge sharing.
• Supporting clients in the implementation of tested functionalities to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.

• Strong functional knowledge in finance ideally in frontoffice processing.
• Solid understanding of quality assurance processes and best practices
• Handson experience with test automation preferably using tools like VERIFIX or similar.
• You are based in Tunis.
• Proactive positive and professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate efficiently with teams.
• Ability to work independently managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Capacity to thrive in a fastpaced highpressure environment while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in problemsolving issue resolution and change management.
• Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) to facilitate global communication.
