Job Title: Senior ERP Manufacturing Consultant
Location:Cairo Egypt

Job Summary:Index is seeking a highly skilledand experienced Senior Manufacturing ERP Consultant to join our team. The idealcandidate will have extensive experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems SAP Oracle Infor IFS and a strong background in manufacturing processes. Thisrole involves analyzing designing implementing and supporting ERP solutionsto optimize manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP Implementation and Management:
- Lead the implementation and customization of Epicor or similar ERP systems to meet business requirements.
- Manage and oversee ERP projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and design ERP solutions that enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- System Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement through ERP solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize ERP system performance and ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to endusers to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system.
- Develop user manuals training materials and documentation for ERP processes and procedures.
- Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve ERPrelated issues.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest ERP technology trends and advancements.
- Make recommendations for future upgrades or changes to the ERP system based on business needs and technology trends.
- Collaborate with software developers and IT professionals to implement system enhancements and updates.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP consulting with a focus on manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Epicor ERP or similar ERP systems.
- Experience with ERP system integration and data migration.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
