Saudi PS Presales Consultant

Description

Job Summary
This role is responsible for building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders advising and influencing their strategic decisions and tackling unique customer issues. The role collaborates with internal teams on account planning sales strategy and solution customization while mentoring junior team members. The role navigates technical customer challenges and works towards customer satisfaction and the organizations growth.

Responsibilities
Leads the design of complex innovative and strategic solutions that address unique customer challenges and align with the organizations longterm goals.
Fosters deep and strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor and influencing their business decisions.
Delivers compelling presentations and engages with executivelevel customers articulating the value proposition of the organizations solutions in alignment with the customers business goals.
Develops and executes strategic account plans for highprofile customers coordinating with sales teams to ensure longterm customer satisfaction and growth.
Leads the design and implementation of highly intricate integrations with thirdparty solutions showcasing the organizations ability to seamlessly connect diverse technologies.
Tackles intricate technical challenges and unexpected customer issues with innovative problemsolving skills demonstrating an ability to handle complex scenarios.
Leads or contributes to highimpact initiatives that drive revenue growth improve operational efficiency or enhance customer experience.
Identifies potential risks associated with complex solutions and develops strategies to mitigate them ensuring successful project outcomes.
Organizes innovation workshops to explore new ways to address customer challenges and create novel solutions.
Acts as a mentor to junior team members guiding their professional growth sharing deep product and domain expertise and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Education & Experience Recommended
Fouryear or Graduate Degree in Sales Marketing Business Administration or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 710 years of work experience preferably in technical selling consultative selling account management or a related field.
