Youll be the goto person for building a positive work environment and fostering engaged team members. This includes finding and attracting talent that aligns with our company culture and values welcoming new hires and helping them integrate into a culture where everyone feels valued and supported.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting sourcing candidates screening applications conducting interviews and managing the offer process.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent within the tech and insurance sectors.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Onboarding new hires and integrating them within the team
- Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns providing guidance and support on HR policies & procedures.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment promoting employee engagement and morale.
- Collecting employees feedback through surveys to measure satisfaction.
- Administer the performance review process ensuring timely & effective feedback is provided to employees.
- Support managers in setting clear performance expectations & developing performance improvement plans when needed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of performance management strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify employee training and development needs in collaboration with managers.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the development implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in Egypt.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and HR systems.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and unlock team potenial.
- Review salary scales and benefits enuring competitiveness in attracting desired talent
- Drive Internal team engagments that enhance employer branding
