الوصف الوظيفي
1. Design and Prototyping:
Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
Use tools like Figma to deliver design solutions.
2. User Research:
Conduct user research usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
Analyze user behavior and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
3. Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business objectives.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
4. Design Systems:
Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
Advocate for best practices in UI/UX design.
5. Iterative Improvement:
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback analytics and evolving requirements.
Requirements
1. Experience:
3 years of professional experience as a Product Designer UX/UI Designer.
A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and impact on realworld projects.
2. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in design tools like Figma
3. Soft Skills:
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
4. Bonus Skills:
Experience with motion design or microinteractions.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with user analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Hotjar).
