About peopleCQ:
peopleCQ is an AIdriven SaaS platform transforming talent acquisition by optimizing hiring enhancing candidate assessment and boosting recruitment efficiency. We are expanding globally and are seeking a resultsdriven B2B Revenue Growth Partner to lead our sales efforts in either the USA or GCC markets depending on strategic priorities and candidate fit.


Role Overview:
As a B2B Revenue Growth Partner you will own the complete sales cycle from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals and managing accounts driving the adoption of peopleCQ s AIpowered solution among midsized and enterprise businesses.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Opportunity Generation
Identify and target potential B2B clients in designated region.
Develop and execute targeted strategies to generate highquality leads through outbound outreach strategic networking etc.
Qualify leads and convert them into actionable sales opportunities.


Client Engagement & Product Demonstration
Conduct sales calls and remote discovery meetings to understand client needs and pains.
Prepare present and deliver tailored demos of peopleCQ s SaaS product clearly articulating how its features address specific hiring pain points and drive better results for HR teams.
Address product and businessrelated questions ensuring a clear understanding of how peopleCQ delivers value across the hiring process.


Sales & Deal Closing
Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals pricing packages and contracts.
Lead client negotiations and close deals while ensuring longterm satisfaction.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Leverage industry insights and client feedback to optimize your sales strategies & approach.


Pipeline Management & Forecasting
Maintain a clear and uptodate sales pipeline across all deal stages on the company s CRM.
Track and forecast revenue accurately to support planning and goal setting.
Provide regular reports on your pipeline and performance.
Proactively identify and address pipeline gaps or stalled opportunities.


Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and positioning and enhance product features and experience.


Market and Ecosystem Insights & Awareness:
Stay current on industry trends competitor products and activity and the broader HR tech ecosystem.
Monitor shifts in the hiring landscape including emerging technologies evolving market needs changes in global and regional hiring practices and relevant regulatory changes.



Requirements

45 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (HR Tech Talent Acquisition or AIdriven solutions preferred).
Proven track record of successfully selling SaaS solutions to midmarket and enterprise clients.
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and consultative selling.
Experience selling to international markets (USA or GCC experience preferred).
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative fastpaced growthdriven environment.
Proficiency in CRM and outbound outreach tools and sales automation platforms.

4-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (HR Tech, Talent Acquisition, or AI-driven solutions preferred). Proven track record of successfully selling SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients. Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and consultative selling. Experience selling to international markets (USA or GCC experience preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced, growth-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM and outbound outreach tools, and sales automation platforms.
