As an aggregator Energy Pool pilots and optimizes the electricity consumption of industrial and tertiary sector clients from its operations center. Depending on the needs of the electrical system and market opportunities Energy Pool asks its clients to reduce their consumption (demand response) or conversely encourages them to consume at the right time (load shifting).
We are looking for our Business Developer & Project Manager for our company.
The main missions are:
- Lead project across studies development or R&D initiatives ensuring delivery meets KPIs for quality budget and deadlines.
- Drive flexibility deployment projects across the Middle East with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia.
- Manage client portfolios identifying and quantifying flexibility potential by industry segment.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in alignment with Energy Pools regional strategy focusing on demand response flexibility services gridsupporting technologies and decarbonization solutions.
- Promote Energy Pools products and services to potential clients in the Kingdom ranging from software enablement to comprehensive decarbonization processes.
- Contribute to revenue growth generating and converting leads into signed contracts supporting Energy Pools business development targets (e.g. X SAR/year new revenue contribution).
- Lead client engagements from first contact through proposal to delivery: consultations opportunity qualification technical proposal development and pricing strategy.
- Prepare and present tailored business cases technical offers and investment justifications to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal teams (technical operations finance) to align resources and priorities for new project rollouts.
- Track and report on sales pipelines project performance client satisfaction and revenue impact.
- Represent Energy Pool in regional events workshops and client meetings to promote our services and expand our footprint.
Qualifications :
The indispensable:
- A Masters degree in Engineering Energy or a related field with credentials validated by the Saudi Ministry of Education or equivalent authority.
- Minimum 5 years experience in business development within the energy sectorideally with experience in demandside management distributed energy resources energy services and decarbonization processes.
- Proven ability to manage the full business development cycle: from lead generation to project delivery.
- Strong network or working knowledge of Saudi Arabias energy ecosystem and institutional landscape.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Willingness to travel across the MENA region as required.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Alignment with Energy Pools values of innovation sustainability and integrity.
