Job Summary & Responsibilities
The Assistant to the CEO will assist in various administrative duties supporting the CEO
In running 3 different companies
Responsibilities are reflected below:
- Provide administrative support including writing correspondence handling inquiries answering
- Telephone calls and scheduling the appointments
- Play an integral role in helping the team deliver superior services by managing special projects as requested by the CEO
- Serve as the first point of contact for a wide of constituencies including staff vendors a
and clients.
- Help manage executive level relationships with key funders partners and stakeholders
- Managing a highlydemanding executive schedule including all logistics involved with document preparation highprofile meetings board meetings and board material and speaking engagements
- Assists with research of new and foundational systems including but not limited to technology ERPmarketing etc
- Assist with onboarding and staffing of new staff members
- Manage standard tasks with an ability to react to changes quickly
- Research to support the new market and business indexing
- Develop newsletters and other marketing materials as well as marketing planning
- Additional duties as required

Qualifications
- The ideal candidate for this position must have a Bachelors Degree a minimum of 2 years of relevant
- work experience and a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Ability to juggle many meeting requests and organizing the CEOs schedule around top priorities.
- Customer service orientation.
- Keeps track of projects and deadlines and communicates progress in realtime.
- Approaches challenges in creative ways and finds thoughtful solutions.
- Comfort addressing a variety of audiences with a knowledgeable and friendly
manner board members vendorsstaff and clients.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced constantly changing environment with speed precision and accuracy
- Thinks critically about the details of a task at hand.
- Ability to adjust expected tasks and schedule to the updated priorities
- Working with teammates and responsive to feedback.
- Willingness to go above and beyond the requirements of the job to be innovative and support the organization
