Customer Success and Experience Intern

As a Customer Success and Experience Intern you will support the Customer Success team in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role offers valuable experience in a collaborative environment helping you develop skills in communication and problemsolving. You will assist with initiatives aimed at improving customer experiences and resolving inquiries contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service and fostering strong client relationships.
Mission
- Support customer onboarding and implementation processes
- Help track and improve customer satisfaction metrics
- Assist in creating customer training materials and documentation
- Support the resolution of customer inquiries and escalations
- Help identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Participate in customer feedback collection and analysis
- Support international client communications
Required Profile
- Pursuing a degree in Business Technology or related field
- Strong interest in customer relations and cybersecurity
- Technical aptitude and ability to understand security solutions
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English additional languages valuable
Key Skills
