Your job is toensure we have the right people structure and processes to keep building great products at scalewhile constantlyexploring new technologies like AI AR and robotics to push our products forward.
In this role you will
- Lead all technical areassoftware hardware AI and roboticsensuring they work together seamlessly.
- Build and mentor a strong engineering team focusing on speed and technical excellence.
- Define and own the technical roadmap making smart tradeoffs between speed and quality.
- Solve tough technical challengesfrom user experience to scalable automation in manufacturing.
- Explore and integrate new technologiesthat can elevate our products and customer experience.
- Make clear practical decisionsthat drive product and business impact.
