The Technical Project Coordinator will oversee the implementation optimization and security enhancement of the Adaa Performance Management System. The consultant will ensure effective project coordination by aligning technical operational and strategic goals facilitating smooth communication between teams and ensuring timely of project milestones. The coordinator will also play a crucial role in stakeholder engagement risk management and quality assurance to ensure a seamless and userfriendly system experience.

The Technical Project Coordinator will be responsible for the following tasks:

Below are tentative dates for deliverables; the exact timeline for deliverables will be determined during the kickoff meeting with UNFPA and DoS. All reports will be submitted electronically in word format. Deliverables progress shall be regularly presented to the management team.
Monitoring and progress control including reporting requirements periodicity format and deadline:
Regular progress reports to be submitted to UNFPA Jordan and DOS according to the agreed timeline.
Supervisory arrangements:
The consultant will work under the overall supervision of DOS and UNFPA Jordan.

Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
Minimum 2 years with Masters degree or 4 years with Bachelors degree of relevant experiencein Project Management IT Business Administration Communications or a related field.
Languages:
Fluency in Arabic & English
Inputs / services to be provided by UNFPA or implementing partner (e.g support services office space equipment) if applicable:
Consultants are responsible for possessing their own equipment i.e. laptops mobiles etc. Office space in DoS will be provided. Some visits to UNFPA offices may be required.
