EY Tunisia has a dedicated Transaction & Corporate FinanceTCF Team operating across Africa Europe and the Middle East.
We are hiring Senior Consultantsfor ourTCFpractices: Due Diligence Valuation Modeling Economics and Lead Advisory.
What We Look For:
- Strong academic background (CES Rvision Comptable CFA Financial Analyst etc).
- Outstanding financial analysis valuation and modeling skills.
- 35 years of work experience is required inTransaction Services Corporate finance orPrivate Equity.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel PowerPoint etc); knowledge of financial databases (Capital IQ Mergermarket etc) is preferred.
Your Role:
As a Senior Consultant you will:
- Participate in due diligence valuation modeling economics and lead advisory projects.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Support our clients in strategic decisionmaking by providing insights analysis and recommendations based on project findings and market trends.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions to our clients.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
