Description
This role involves coordinating with various teams such as marketing procurement and supply chain to ensure that all products are correctly listed categorized and maintained in the system to offer customers an optimal shopping experience. The Catalogue Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the catalogue reflects current stock levels correct product descriptions and is aligned with promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and regularly update all product information (descriptions prices images specifications).
- Coordinate with various teams (marketing procurement) to upload new products and remove discontinued ones.
- Ensure stock levels in the catalogue reflect realtime inventory.
- Optimize product titles descriptions and keywords to improve search ranking.
- Work closely with marketing to display promotions effectively.
- Generate regular reports on product performance and catalogue health.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field.
- 24 Years of experience in catalogue management preferably within the grocery or ecommerce sector.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in catalogue management tools Microsoft Excel and data entry systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and ecommerce best practices.
