The Strategy and Organization Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that help the organization achieve its longterm goals. They will work closely with senior executives to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic planning organizational development and change management.

- Align departmental goals processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
- Assess market trends and competitors.
- Identify threats and opportunities.
- Present findings projections and recommended actions.
- Plan implement and manage proposed recommendations and projects.
- Monitor and report on projects.
- Support and guide senior executive decisionmaking processes.
Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in business or related field MBA preferred.
- 10 years of experience in strategic planning organizational development and change management.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership skills.
Education:- Bachelors and Masters Degree in MBA Business Finance Economics Marketing Graduate Management Engineering Education Accounting

- Extensive experience in a toptier management consultancy firm.
