Inviting applications for the role of Accounts Receivable Manager Arabic Onsite Cairo

Responsibilities:
We are looking for candidates with extensive knowledge and understanding of the entire invoice to cash process. SAP knowledge and experience in generating reports is a must.
In this role you will be responsible for all the activities related to I2C domain.
Responsible for handling all emails /phone queries related to disputed invoice / claims (in Arabic & English).
Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external partners inquiries quickly effectively and expertly.
Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure correct customer balances.

Prepare monthly AR aging reports.
Research and analyze the disputes/deductions in ERP.
Followup with all concerned departments to get supporting documents for dispute/deductions resolutions.
Research and resolve issues / disputes to expedite all cases to avoid any adverse customer impact.
Highlight opportunities for automation and process improvements.
Process any adhoc requests in a timely manner.

Review all invoices in tax portal to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Support team priorities and initiatives and effectively manage workload.

Drive compliance with applicable SOX requirements.

Support in monthly quarterly and annual closing activities.

Minimum Qualifications
Min years of experience in Accounts receivable. SAP experience is mandatory.
Must have a Problemsolving attitude.
Should be able to communicate effectively in Arabic & English.

Proficient in using the MS Office especially MS Excel PowerPoint Outlook.

Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Identify process improvement opportunities (Lean and Six Sigma projects)
Lookout for automation opportunities to bring efficiency analytical mindset to identify QPA/RPA opportunities.
SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) creation and update
