Position Overview:
The Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer is responsible for overseeing and driving the continuous improvement process within the facility by collaborating with all departments to enhance efficiency optimize processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Main Missions :
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the business sector to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Optimize production processes through systematic improvements and innovative solutions.
- Engage in continuous improvement activities identifying and implementing opportunities for enhancement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and new initiatives across the organization.
- Ensure adherence to 5S LPA and Kaizen methodologies to maintain operational excellence.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor aligned with the roles scope.
- Oversee the continuous improvement process including monitoring key performance indicators analyzing results and implementing corrective actions.
- Uphold compliance with environmental health and safety management systems as well as IATF standards established within the organization.
To be successful for this role :
- Engineering degree in industrial engineering or similar
- Strong organizational skills
- Minimum of 1year of experience in a similar position
- Mastery of Kaizen 5S and LPA tool
- Good knowledge of the requirements of the automotive industry
- Good knowledge of in Office tools (Excel)
- Good analytical vision.
Language Skills:
- Good communication skills in both French and English
