Invoice Clerk Multi state US logistics company

Location: Remote (Candidates from Egypt preferred open worldwide)

Salary: Approximately $1000/month USD

Working hours: MoFr 8hrs/day 84/95 ET

About the Company: Our client is a pioneering platform in the heavy equipment service industry offering ondemand solutions that connect clients with qualified technicians for various equipment brands. They emphasize transparent invoicing allowing clients to view estimated fees upfront and ensuring detailed breakdowns of labor hours. Their core markets include Florida Texas Georgia Tennessee North Carolina and Indiana with ongoing expansion plans.

Role Overview: We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Invoice Clerk to join our client's dynamic team. This remote role is ideal for candidates offering an opportunity to contribute to a fastgrowing company in the heavy equipment service sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing: Generate review and dispatch invoices accurately and promptly to clients.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all financial transactions.
  • Payment Tracking: Monitor the status of payments follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections.
  • Data Management: Accurately enter and manage financial data using the company's accounting software.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve any billing discrepancies or inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Invoice Clerk or in a similar financial administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • (experience/knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus—we use Quickbooks for all invoicing)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the heavy equipment service industry or related fields advantageous
  • Experience working with clients across multiple regions particularly in the U.S.
