Your responsibilities may include:

• Perform monthly quarterly and annual internal reporting requirements including variance analysis of income statement balance sheet and cash flow statement
• Handle necessary corporate tax reporting requests
• Support annual financial audits and participate in SOX documentation efforts
• Support the BUs planning activities; coordinate with asset function to generate the LRP budget and outlooks
• Present key financial information to the BU Finance & IT Manager and QBU Leadership Team
• Collaborate with IT and others to support digital finance and continuous improvement efforts
• Respond to various inquiries provide support to local management in decisionmaking and the understanding of business results and projections
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with QatarEnergy LNG and internal representatives within the Finance organization to support functional activities and deliverables
• Provide support to the BU Finance function as required

Basic/Required:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting Finance or foreign equivalent
• 3 or more years of finance experience with general accounting principles
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications: Excel Outlook PowerPoint SharePoint Teams and Word

Preferred:

• 5 or more years of finance experience in the oil and gas industry
• Experience with data analytics and data warehouses such as Snowflake
• Exposure to SAP or similar accounting systems
• Drives thoughtful and pragmatic change inspires innovative thinking and continuous improvement and models adaptability through resourcefulness flexibility and positivity
• Builds positive relationships based on trust and seeks collaboration across organizational boundaries to achieve goals
• Listens actively and invites new ideas for exchanged opinions then influences and acts to drive positive performance and achieve results
