Community Manager

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Manage and monitor community management daily operations to create livable and desirable living zones up to standards with all needed services in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Manage, monitor and coach community team performance to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with agreed standards.
• Monitor non-technical complains and requests through different channels and confirm resolving then and cases closure with the concerned departments within SLA
• Set with marketing team to create and manage community events calendar and initiatives to ensure customer engagement and happiness delivering premium services, create and manage budget to ensure cost control.
• Responsible for the compound image Managing customer violations Handling all client related issues/requests right after unit delivery.
• Set target and collection process of utilities ensuring the needed communications with concerned departments.

Job Requirements

Must have technical / professional qualifications (knowledge & Skills):

• Minimum 8-10 years of previous experience in community department.
• Bachelor`s degree in any discipline.
• Customer service skills. Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Negotiation skills.
