- Oversee and support the DPO Awardee in NES by providing daily supervision, management and administration of the EASE award including regular communication, high-quality submission of deliverables and milestones, financial, M&E and periodic reporting to USAID
- Support the Awardee to mentor and train the Raqqa PWD Office and the Tabqa Special Needs Office as needed, to better represent the needs of persons with disabilities and advocate for their increased inclusion and rights with economic governance actors.
- Support development of strategic plans for the Raqqa PWD Office and the Tabqa Special Needs Office
- Develop scopes of work and support the Awardee to identify and engage specialized consultants and oversee the quality of the implementation of the training on the ground.
