CRM Engineer

Job Description

• Coordinating between all departments(Engineering - Construction - Contracts Development) and following up on the progress of units nearing delivery.
• Situation assessment for site versus nearing delivery dates.
• Giving recommendations to all involved departments on the basis of contract delivery dates and alert the construction in case of the delay.
• Providing recommendations and prepare analyses of potentially handing over units ahead of schedule with the budget needed to complete the missing items to avoid delay and penalties and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for handing over deliverable units for the Villette project.
• Convincing the clients to receive their units in a premature delivery state(missing items) and set guidelines for the team to follow-up until the units are delivered.
• Convincing the clients with the coordination of the collection team to pay the bounced check or to set a rescheduling plan for the handover process.
• Placing procedures for the after handover and coordinate with the Facilities Department, Engineering Department, and Site Security.
• Following up technical use in a construction site to assure maximum satisfaction despite the actual site status

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree of Architectural engineering .
• +3 Years of Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Presentable
• Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills are desired.
