Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Build and maintain Company social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights within the budget.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth ideas.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners if there.
• Manage all digital campaigns, including search engine marketing (Google AdWords and onsite search) online brochures & catalogs and other revenue generating promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to evaluate customer segments and create customer segmentation groups for focused targeted marketing based on customer profiling
• Generate marketing qualified leads within panned (CPL) and conversation rate
• Develop brand presence through digital marketing channels
• Plan and effectively execute a social media strategy for generating demand for the services offered.

Job Requirements

• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field
