Technical Lead -Devops

Skills Required:

• Should have experience working withDevops, CI/CD tools, CF, Terraforms, Kubernetes, AWS cloud
• Good knowledge in AWS services EC2, VPC, ALB, AutoScaling, CloudWatch, Route53, S3, Lamda, RDS, KMS, etc..
• Good knowledge In any one of the scripting tools like python, groovy etc.
• Must be proficient in writing Kubernetes object YAML files e.g. Service, POD, Container, Route, Storage, Volume template files, Docker files, Jenkins files, Groovy scripts to run containers
• Candidate should be very clear in Kubernetes Architectural components, communications and flows.
• Well versed with DevOps architectural patterns, Best practices, CI/CD practices using various DevOps tools like Jenkins, Artifactory etc.
• Experience in building CI/CD pipelines using open source tools like Jenkins or AWS specific services like Code deploy, Codebuild etc.
• Experience in one of the configuration management tools like Ansible, chef, puppet etc.
• Work with the development teams to design scalable, robust systems using cloud architecture
• Should have good experience in Cloudformation or Terraform to build infrastructure in AWS
• Deep understanding of multi-tiered architectures, clean coding, best patterns for effective coding and a sound understanding of version control

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• 5 + years of experience as aTechnical Lead role for DevOPs development and support teamsin the Infrastructure space including Cloud
• Good knowledge & hands on experience across multiple areas (at least 2 to 3 areas) like server infrastructure, virtualization platform, networking, hosting, data center management and Cloud platforms ( AWS)
• Understanding of Operating Systems, Backups, Replication and High-Availability(HA)/SR.
• Planning & driving Cloud solutions Managed Services support & migration engagements
• Adept at creating high level & low level design documents, Knowledge Base articles, driving service improvements & innovations
• Experience in managing/leading roles in several full cycle implementations including: Scoping and Planning, conceptual and detailed Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post Go-Live Support
• Experience in transition management & production support using ITIL methodology
• Experience in driving infrastructure automation, building Devops & SRE capabilities
• Strong experience in ITSM Incident / Change / Problem / Configuration process
• Need to perform in-depth technical reviews of project deliverables and ensure it should be defect-free (minimize post release defects)
• Agile / Scrum Good to have
• Willing to work in 24*7 shift-based model
