Production Shift Engineer

Job Description

• Lead the shift in order to achieve production plan, and assure the compliance of the daily shop-floor activities to the company's certified systems.
• Issue the daily production work order and assign the machinery according to the production plan.
• Check with warehouse for Raw and Packaging materials availability according to the daily plan.
• Monitor, organize coordinate shop floor transactions to ensure plan fulfillment.
• Monitor and evaluate the shift Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like productivity, wastage, efficiency, hygiene and/or safety.
• Maintain and improve daily shop-floor activities in compliance with the company's certified systems.
• Follow up with maintenance department regarding planned and preventive maintenance as well as troubleshooting machinery failures instantaneously whenever happens.
• Plan for labor leaves and rotations in shifts.
• Ensuring that all quality and Safety systems are in place to ensure the production of the products that are in line with Dreem quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Production (Industrial) Engineering.
• Language Skills (English)
• Computer Skills (Ms-Word, Ms-Excel, Microsoft Project)
