الوصف الوظيفي
Conduct competitor analysis, study selling rates and unique selling offerings.
Work with the marketing department to launch local and global campaigns.
Work closely with different departments (IT, Operations and customer service) to implement new projects across global markets.
Work on different projects and conduct business feasibility studies to determine projects priority.
Manage different S&S platforms and conduct regular reporting to measure performance.
Review customer surveys and identify potential product development opportunities
Analyze and specify the necessary changes to the shop and ship website to ensure S&S service meeting the business strategic requirements
