- Integrated Business Planning You will be the Voice of the category(s) in the market for the Regional team and key contributor to the overall development of IBP within the local market
- Lead the Category You will be the category experts to the organization, generating and using insights from EPOS, Nielsen, home panel and tracking tools . You will adapt the channel strategies from the Reg. CCSM from a market lens (e.g. MT vs. TT focused markets) and set guidelines to the broader org. such as the sales teams for deployment. You will oversee the timely and flawless execution of the Category Segmentation based on the Category strategies. In doing so you will be set guidelines on assortment, pricing, promotions and shelving to Sales, strongly follow up & be ac-countable for execution of the initiatives
