Accountant

Job Description

• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit, generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
• Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
• Maintaining accounts receivable customer files and records.
• Recording related transactions on Computerized Accounting System.
• Following up on, collecting and allocating payments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Experience 1 - 3 in accounting especially AR&AP.
• Males only and Fifth settlement or near by resident
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Preferable familiar with accounting software, especially ERP systems.
• Excellent command of Excelز
• Good command of English.
