DsquaresSolution Design Functionfocuseson providing technical solutions to our clients, encompassing business and operations throughout the company as being a very importantintersection of Sales, Product and Engineering.

They are thefront lineof alltechnical teamsinDsquares. This enables them to have a full picture of the business process, from working with developers, product development, sales experts, implementation teams and enterprise clients from all around the world.

As aPresales Software Engineer,you will provide support to the clients and our team and will take part in the sales process by designing and delivering solutions, proof of concept demonstrations, and consulting sales team on technical aspects of the opportunities. You will ensure smooth integration between clients andDsquaresby successfully coordinating with all the technical teams involved (both internal and external).

ThePre-sales Engineerleads the solutions consulting and CoE processes

Pre-sales

a) Leading and supporting the teams with creating the proposals

i)Build technical responses (e.g. technical proposal, compliance requirements etc.) and technical solutions during RFP/RFI

ii)Perform effort estimations to arrive at commercial proposition

b)Client/partner presentations/case studies

i)Build client/partner presentations

ii)Perform client/partner presentations

iii)Participate in technical discussions with prospects

iv)Build technical proof-of-concepts and perform solution demos

c)Support sales team in creating value proposition

Delivery

a) Lead/support the delivery team in the business requirement gathering discussions with the clients

b)Support delivery team in the solution designing

New product/offering development

a)Product/offering development

b)Support sales team on GTM strategies and actions on product/offering MVP and full-fledged version

c)Support team on presentations for new product/offerings

Requirements

Â.

  • 3+ years of experience either in application integrations/Solution designs/ pre-sales or similar roles
  • Strong Engineering background and passionionate about IT and Technology.
  • Takes proactive and creative approach to attend to clients’ needs.
  • You are able to present products and ideas with ease, confidence, and persistence.
  • Speaks fluently to clients, partners and has excellent command of English.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who is always looking to push own limits.
  • Prefers to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experienced in web interfaces integration, system integrations, loyalty campaigns, and customer rewarding systems is a plus.
