Employer Branding Senior Specialist

Job Description

• Communicates with universities, institutes, schools and unions, deliver to MOUs and provide millennial calibers for employment & training.
• Participates in the development of the company's website on social media and the company's various virtual pages.
• Attends job fairs to attract qualified cadres with expertise and competencies.
• Organizes events, activities and logistics required for brand marketing and building ambassadors throughout the year.
• Organizes needed prints, giveaways, publications and e-services to cover planned and adhoc engagements.
• Follow-up of publications on the company's official pages to attract the talent and build brand loyalty & handle relevant analysis.
• Working on preparing awareness campaigns for universities and vocational programs and promotional programs for support and attraction.
• Agreement and communication with various support companies as well as internal departments to implement the required operations.
• Analyzes results of the various business forums and activities to build proposal and best practices to achieve the target ROI.
• Building Competitive analysis and proposals for achieving strong market share and followers base and overcoming challenges of job seekers .
• Executes other assigned responsibilities to support the delivery and achievement of results.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any relevant degree.
• Experience in analyzing results and studying the business market and work reports
• 2 to 5 years of experience required in relevant branding and external engagement and campaign management.
• Experience in dealing with university administrations and students of different disciplines.
• Experience in working to raise the service level for the internal and external customer and build brand attraction and loyalty programs.
• High efficiency in handling communication, managing advertisement & campaigns, organizing events and social media activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft systems, design applications, online tools, Visio, Office and SAP system is preferred.
• Proficiency of English language.
