الوصف الوظيفي
- Review all suggestions and comments from members and guests and make necessary adjustments
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records and statistics on the club as well as of Spa department employees
- Develop all operation manuals for department and implement training programs to ensure the growth of the department
- Ensure timely and effective performance reviews for the department Hold regular departmental meetings to assist in communication within department
- Keep the Spa Director informed about the department all employees performance and guests and members concerns and comments
- Convey clear instructions and guidance to staff and establish working relationships that attain a high level of effective employee morale
