- Design and lead the implementation of technical tasks related to the response and design of Objective 2.
- Manage the development of the energy performance management framework including the development of regulations and performance management systems for the power, downstream petroleum and Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) sectors.
- Develop and maintain good partnerships with counterparts on all aspects of Objective 2 interventions.
- Supervise all staff, consultants and subcontractors supporting Objective 2 activities.
- Liaise with the key public and private stakeholders in the power sector and facilitate relevant capacity building workshops and trainings.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
