Junior Accountant

Job Description

• Analyzing workflow processes.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.
• Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
• Processing due invoices for payments.
• Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges.
• Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts.
• Following up on tickets closing on the accounting system.
• Matching the customer's payments with the payments gateways
• Doing tickets refunds on the system.
• Following up on the pending cases within the company departments' budgets.
• Creating transfers for the general expenses recording assets and expenses on the system.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant field.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent command of English Language.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
