- Managing the administrative affairs of the institution, including - but not limited to - controlling the daily work process, contracting with any third party for work purposes ... etc. to ensure a healthy work environment.
- Contribute to the recruitment and expansion process of the institution and the development of all work mechanisms including the internal system, financial and administrative policies, applicable models...etc.
- Work and seek to create a network of positive relations with the local and international institution for the benefit of the work, to secure support and sustainability and within the general framework.
- Supervising the preparation of all financial and administrative reports on the progress of projects and the application of the communication and communication plan with the financiers.
- Develop periodic and clear action plans to develop the internal skills of all members.
- Ensuring the progress of work to ensure the implementation of its objectives and in line with approved policies and allocated budgets.
