- Develop industry penetration strategy and identify gaps and opportunities
-Responsible for the Sector P&L, both locally and Internationally
-Creates the Quarterly BD pipeline plan, for both local and International clients and acts upon it.
-Initiates client leading in both local and International Markets, where he is playing a support role for the Country GM.
-Aligning with his/her support teams, consisting of an Account Manager, CRM Local/International Manager, Pre-Sales Analyst, etc.)
- Follow- up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Closing deals with target clients and achieving set KPIs
-Planning and preparing presentations for specific targeted clients
- Studying target Industry reports for specific target accounts prior to approach or meeting setting
- Giving feedback on the development of marketing proposal templates
- Working with all internal stakeholders (legal, finance, service delivery, partnerships, etc)
- Meet the business objectives and achieve the department overall targets.
- 8+ years of experience in business or sales development preferably in telecom / Information Technology.
- In-depth knowledge of Sector industries
- Exposure in working on key accounts.
- Proven experience as a Commercial and/or Business Development or other relevant role
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- BSc/BA in business administration, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
- Capable of creating budgets and management of large projects
- Skills: Excellent communication, team working, negotiation, project management, and researching skills.
