- Guided by protection principles and best international practices, monitor the quality of RI’s protection programmes and lead the adjustment of interventions to ensure alignment with RI global strategy and the international standards and protocols.
- Lead the design and implementation of research pieces on the impact of RI’s protection programmes in-country as well as the impact on Mainstreaming Protection in Education programmes in Jordan.
- Contribute to develop RI’s multi-annual strategy for the Protection sector in Jordan.
- Support the implementation teams to evaluate the performance of ongoing projects and determine necessary actions in short and long term.
