About Your Job

In this role, you will be managing the day-to-day operation and administration of the enterprise mobile device management platform. You will work with technical teams to design and implement secure configurations for enterprise mobile devices, manage the lifecycle of devices and associated resources. The mobile device management platform includes VMWare Workspace ONE, Endpoint Manager with O365.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and administration of the Workspace ONE mobile device management platform to manage devices running Apple IOS, Android and Apple MAC OS
• Creation of group configurations, policies, application packages, user assignments within MDM platform to support Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD), Corporate dedicated, Corporate shared and supervised devices
• Implementation and integration of mobile devices with Apple Business Manager (ABM), Android Enterprise, Microsoft Endpoint Manager and O365
• Providing 24x7 based L2/L3 technical & functional support for MDM platform and its related systems, including incident handling, request management, customer queries and problem management.
• Ensure that the device management platform is maintained to the highest level of operational capabilities, robustness and stability to support business functions.
• Maintain a highly secure system through proper system configuration and monitoring.
• Automation of processes for the better management and availability of the systems.
• Ensure to maintain patch level, data backup, recovery procedures, and its up-to-date documentation.
• Perform lifecycle management of the platform, including timely hardware and software upgrade and replacement
• Providing technical consultation and guidance to peers, other technical teams, and application development/ support team.
• Maintaining technical documentation for MDM platform and components including SOP, Administration and configuration documents.
