Job Description
Primary responsibilities
- Source, evaluate and streamline top talent
- Network and advertise to potential candidates through various recruitment channels
- Create and maintain a database of top talent for future positions
- Keep job requirements and descriptions up to date for all positions
- Provide decision support to the HR team through HR metrics
Job Requirements
Requirements
- 0-1 year of proven working experience or internship in Human Resources (Recruitment background is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- BS/MS degree in Human Resources or Management is a plus
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills
