Product Specialist-Cochlear Implant

Job Description

• Providing clinical and technical support to HCPs (Health Care Partners) and customers in terms of products, software, and services
• Attending Surgeries, Programming, and follow up Sessions
• Building and maintaining positive working relationships and regular personal contact with HCPs (e. ENT Surgeons, Audiologists, and Speech Therapists)
• Attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences, meetings, training, and workshops related to HCPs and customers
• Promoting and selling the company's products
• Reporting and documenting work stuff
• Attend all meetings and training scheduled by the company
• Meet Cochlear department’s objectives, target, and KPIs
• Transfer devise to branches

Job Requirements

• Graduated from one of the following majors: Science or Agriculture or any relevant education withaslight medical background
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Good command of English language
• Team working skills
• Previous experience knowledge of Cochlear Implant
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Planning and multi-tasking skills
