- Providing support and assistance to user faults directly or by telephone.
- Assistance in the operation and ongoing maintenance of central infrastructure equipment such as: servers, communication equipment, backups and the like.
- High service consciousness in working with end users - mandatory
- At least two years of knowledge and experience in personal and mobile computer installations and knowledge of hardware.
Experience and control in installing Windows operating systems with an emphasis on / Win8 / Win7 / Win10
Knowledge and experience in installing and supporting the Office 2019/2013/2016 Office.
Knowledge and experience in supporting endpoints and connecting them to the organization's central communication network LAN.
