- Drive new feature developments through every stage of the product/software development lifecycle, in joint effort with local team as well as globally-distributed teams and partners
- Work closely with product, UX and technology partners to identify functional and technical requirements for new features
- Write high quality user stories and feature specifications for consumption by engineering teams
- Balance business and technical objectives in order to set clear, stable priorities for your teams
- Develop and maintain results portfolio quarterly and yearly, and compile delivery road maps
- Devise program plans, drive delivery, report on progress and be prepared to overcome challenges to delivery
- Facilitate hard, high-judgment trade-offs between scope, platform health, budget and time-to-market delivery
- Triage and prioritize live site issues and bugs. Investigate and quantify issues using application logging, site analytics and session tracking tools
- Actively contribute to our team's culture of adapting and embracing change
