- Work closely with the Managing Partner and Executive team to develop and execute Modus’ strategic goals and business strategy in KSA.
- Create sustainable and actionable business plans that ensure the successful execution of both short and long-term objectives of the organization.
- Manage and oversee the execution of the daily internal operations of complex work streams including managing product, marketing, strategy, design, and tech teams.
- Responsible for the implementation of the developed comprehensive business plan to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations.
- Continuously identify areas of improvement and process enhancement.
- Work on developing and achieving long and short-term growth targets.
- Control capital investment and expenses to achieve the desired growth, and profitability targets.
- Manage and supervise the company’s financial performance, investments, and other business ventures across the KSA.
- Ensure the company’s SOPs are communicated and implemented across different departments.
