Sales Coordinator

Job Description

• Coordinate sales team by managing weekly schedules with Sales Manager.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material and reporting to Sales Manager
• Respond to complaints from customers, give feedback to Sales Manager and handle them if needed.
• Store and sort orders in electronic form and present daily reports.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies

Job Requirements

• Excellent command in English.
• Professional user of MS. office specially excel.
• Deadline-Oriented, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Coordination, Thoroughness, Quality Focus, Objectivity.
