Vice President of Finance

• Advise the CEO, CFO and other members of senior management on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, investment priorities, including inventory, capital expenditures and operating expenses, as well as providing general business analysis.
• Maintain a seamless relationship with the VP of Accounting in executing finance and accounting matters.
• Oversee, direct, and organize the work of the Finance teams.
• Financial Planning & Analysis . Oversee a strong FP&A team in developing highly accurate short and long-term forecasting, budgets, product launch models, expense strategies and reviews, and other ad hoc analyses to help aggressively drive profitable revenue growth and long-term corporate value.
• Investor Relations. Head Investor Relations including oversight of external investor relations firm, preparation of all quarterly investor materials and earnings calls, maintaining the company IR website, developing relationships with sell-side analysts and current investors, presenting to potential investors.
