Recruitment Officer

Job Description

• Liaise with other managers to determine staffing requirements
• Use internal and external channels to advertise job vacancies as appropriate and source candidates
• Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Assist other managers to process job applications and respond to queries
• Perform job and task analysis to document job descriptions and job requirements and objectives
• Organize and conduct interviews and filtercandidatesfor open positions
• Develop and keep up to date policies relating to employment and other human resources issues
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, .. etc)
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• Ability to organize skills assessments (work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
• Familiarity with HR databases and recruiting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
