Senior Systems Engineer

Job Description

• Conducts assessment for customer’s environment by following on best practices
• Assist on how to capitalize on customer’s already-have investment providing maximum value
• Design and deployment of integrated solutions using the latest Microsoft products and technologies to customers allowing them to maximize their investments in technology in complex environments.
• Assist Presales team by providing technical guidance and POCs / Demos and explaining technical solutions to customer’s key stakeholders to ensure they understand the business value of the proposed solution
• Document the project including Deployment, Configuration, and operation guides for the customer needs
• Respond to support cases by providing technical solutions and workarounds to ensure business continuity
