Job Description

• Helps students to develop important human qualities such as justice, diligence, compassion, respect, and courage, and to understand why it is important to live by them.
• Promotes character development through the exploration of ethical issues across the curriculum.
• Develops a positive and moral climate by engaging the participation of students, teachers and staff, parents, and communities.
• Teaches how to solve conflicts fairly, creating safer schools that are freer of intimidation, fear, and violence, and are more conducive to learning.
• Teaches children the principles of how they can become successful and productive citizens. Without the proper values of a caring citizenry, society would crumble.
• Creates an integrated culture of character that supports and challenges students and adults to strive for excellence.
• Teaches students to understand, engage in, care about, and act on core ethical values such as respect, justice, citizenship, fairness, and responsibility for self and others in school and as part of a larger community.
• Involve students in collaborative decision-making and shared responsibility for making the classroom a good place to be and learn.
• Help students acquire the moral skills of solving conflicts fairly and without force

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international schools
• Fluency in English
• Females are preferred
