- Help build and maintain social media platforms for our games, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram, as well as any new/emerging platforms.
- Assist with the implementation of social media strategies, content calendars, and tactical plans; ensuring that all social media messages, measurements, and content are relevant to the target audience.
- Dedicate time on each social site to interact with followers, create a deeper level of engagement on social media sites, and flag any concerning posts to the management team.
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner and post content to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Youtube accounts regularly.
