- Contribute to the development and implementation of a project approach to partnering with the MOY
- Support identification of youth development priorities in close collaboration with Working Groups within MOY
- Support identification of youth development related policy reform agenda
- Work with key departments in the MOY to strengthen capacities for positive youth development implementation
- Contribute to project communication efforts related to youth engagement, outreach and leadership
- Support evidence-based planning and decision-making systems and tools at MOY
- Support the develop of annual youth reform evidence-based work plan with MOY
- Facilitate provision of technical assistance to MOY in Implementing youth reform Initiatives and interventions
- Other duties, as assigned.
