Bancassurance Operations Team Manager

Job Description

• Ensure accuracy and promptness of Applications/ Policy Requests logged in the administration system
• Ensure accuracy of endorsement Pack
• Authorize alteration applied on system
• Produce department activity reports
• Ensure accuracy and promptness in follow up of applications/Policy requests
• Ensure that the process flow between Individual administration and other departments is maintained
• Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems and in resolving escalated complaints or disputes.
• Evaluate employees' job performance and conformance to regulations and recommend appropriate personnel action.

Job Requirements

• University Graduate
• 7-10 years of experience
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Dual keyboard skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Excellent leadership skill
